Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. As a Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in various facilities. Your attention to detail and strong work ethic will contribute to creating a safe and welcoming environment for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and fixtures
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including hallways and lobbies
- Follow proper cleaning procedures to ensure safety and prevent cross-contamination
- Restock supplies in restrooms and other designated areas
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Experience:
- Previous experience in commercial or residential cleaning preferred but not required
- Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment is a plus
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
